It was always difficult for me to love myself. I still struggle 'till this day, but I know I am progressing. Although it has been hard and there are days that I am feeling worst than before, I know I got to tell myself, "Your gonna be okay." But I can now say that I love and value myself a lot more. I am happier and I don't feel worthless anymore. I always put myself down and now I am able to get up and feel proud. I want to be able to help other inividuals who struggle with self love, worth, and pride. I want to be an example to show that it's okay to just feel. That it's okay to be emotional and broken, but that it is never too late to pick up the pieces and fix yourself.

These are a few things we need to do as individuals in order to love ourselves.

It's ok to have emotions. It's okay to be imperfect. Embrace it and love who YOU are.

Negativity enters an individual's mind quite fast, but it is our decision to let it affect us. What will be YOUR choice today?

We must all learn to fall inlove with ourselves first before we are able to love another. Learn to love and cherish yourself for a change. Remember to not only give others love, but to give love to yourself always. Even when you feel like you are worthless, look in the mirror and tell yourself, "I AM worth it. I AM deserving of love, kindness, and peace."

Remember loving yourself is a journey. Journeys take time, patience, and will-power. It may take days, weeks, or even months, but trust and believe you WILL love yourself.
